Changing your password
This How-to applies to: Any version.
This how-to shows the steps required to change your own password in your Plone site.
1. Log in
You need to log in first to change your password. If you've forgotten it, you'll need to retrieve it using the 'click here to retrieve it' link.
2. Go to your Preferences page
In the default Plone layout, this link is located near the top right of the page. On your site it may be elsewhere, but it will most likely be grouped with the 'logout' and 'my folder' links.3. Select 'Change password'
4. Enter your new password in both fields (watch that CAPS-LOCK key!) and you're done!
