The Plone Interface

Learn how to navigate around a Plone-powered website and learn about the different pieces of the Plone interface.

Now that you're logged in, let's introduce you to the different pieces of a Plone website. Depending on how much graphic design has gone into your site, these examples might look very different, or the layout of these sections might have been changed. For the purposes of this tutorial, we'll use a copy of Plone "out-of-the-box".  Below is a screenshot with explanations of what each area is for. Don't worry if you don't understand all the terminology, you should just familiarize yourself with the different pieces.
