This is more of an overall guiding principle for the site, but I've notice a lot of content that is not framed in a "task-based" way. This is one of the best suggestions we've received from a few of the experienced technical writers on the NPower Seattle staff.
Use task-based language that better suites the content editors, rather than the web developers frame of reference.
For example, things like the "Live Search" video should be named for a user's task, rather than named after a feature. Something like "Finding content on your Plone site using search" or some other similar naming. There are others that could use a bit of a tweak to the language.

Ok - I just did this myself as there weren't too many that needed this treatment.
